Natsumi got these jeans about 4 years ago and they were dark raw denim. She is too humble to mention how hard she worked to get them to look so good.

N must have incredible patience. I can't tell you how many times I've gone into a.p.c. and contemplated the raw denim, imaging the slow but wonderful process of wearing them in myself. But then I realize, I'm too impatient to realistically accomplish this.

Long winded way of saying, amazing jeans.

And, how exactly do you "wear" in jeans?

The key is to forget about the jeans when you're wearing them. I only look at the jeans carefully when I buy them. After that, I never pay any extra attention to my own jeans. This is the most effortless result, and I love it.

Dear puck1984,
Hopefully this will help answer your questions about denim and the process of 'wearing in', also referred to as 'breaking in': http://www.lark.me/denim.php

Hi, Puck again, a friend of mine is really interested in learning about this fascinating process. The article posted was amazing and thought it would do her some good... except it's nowhere to be found any more- aahhhhhhhhh!

If you could repost a working link it would be GREATLY appreciated!
